Palm Breezes House in Marathon. New in march of 2009... 30x14 in ground resort style heated swimming pool. This home is new throughout. Open floor plan, all the bathrooms have been updated, 4 new pull out microfiber couches, new granite countertops, new kitchen cabinets, new appliances, new entertainment center with 52' HDTV and surround sound. Washer and dryer sets upatairs and down. Lots of parking. Last house on cul de sac. The city of Marathon permits 8 adults per rental. When we list 'room for 10' this means 4 bedrooms for up to 8 adults, and two living rooms that have 3 pull out sofas. Plenty of room to spread out with open living rooms upstairs and down. Fellas can enjoy poker table in one living room, ladies can play pool while kids play video games in the other living room. Nice porch on the front for evening breezes. Enclosed screened in porch on the back with bar and hot tub.

200 ft. of seawall so bring the boats. Deep canal with quick access to the gulf but close to Vaca Cut for Ocean access. Once you stay at this house, you'll never book another.

This spacious home with gulf view lives kike its new. very clean home with new appliances, new tile, new granite kitchen, new kitchen cabinets, new furniture, new 52' HDTV with surround sound. Swimming pool with waterfalls, Pool table, bumper pool, poker table, darts, tv in every room, outdoor bar and jacuzzi on the enclosed patio on the back of the house. Open-air patio on the front of the house. Lovely Palm trees and breezes at this 3200 sq. ft. home. Perfect for your Florida Keys adventure in paradise.

Blender is ready, ice maker is working.... just add tequila and a lime.

Nice home, use caution

Overall its okay. The pool was terribly green , the pool person arrived 4 days after we arrived. The jacuzzi was not working and needed a part that was not available during our week stay. We had to wait for 4 hours outside the house due to other clients leaving late. The worst is the owner has not contacted us over an accident that occurred in the home, My husband was in the emergency room for 6 hours getting stitches. We will not recommended this home. What a shame.
Owner's Response: The only part about this I can't debate is that the Jacuzzi did break. I purchased a new one last week rather than replace the broken one. The part was going to take over a week to get in, and I had new renters coming in. Rather than disappoint them... I purchased a new one.
These complainers showed up before noon for check in and the cleaning people were still there. Their agreement (like all of them) states 3pm. As far as the accident... I was told by the renters and my neighbor that they were drinking and one of them fell into the glass table and broke it. They apologized to me!!!! They were actually very nice about it, so I told them they didn't have to pay for the table and I didn't keep their security deposit. I can't help it if the emergency room took 6 hours to stitch up the intoxicated slip and fall victim.
The pool guy is the best. His number is on the refrigerator. He received no complaint from these renters. He lives only 5 minutes from the house and comes over anytime a renter or i call.
I am proud of my home. Very proud.

This Is A Great House

This home is great for the entire family. My past trips to the keys were only to fish, but this time the wives wanted to come along. This home offers plenty to keep the wives and kids busy while the guys are out fishing. Vaca Cut is about five minutes by boat and the Seven Mile Bridge is about twenty minutes. It is by far the best location I have stayed at in my many trips to the Keys.
