Lovely, spacious and clean apt. in fabulous location. Withing walking distance of everything. The view from this apt. are fantastic. Comfortable beds and pretty much everything you would want, even a concierge. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you Chris and Gabriel.

Loved this apartment. The loacation is great and the door men and reception staff are really friendly.
The rooms are lush and the owners are really great to deal with when booking. We will be back next year!

My family and I stayed at Chris & Gabriel's for 4 nights and could not have asked for a better loctation, accomodations, and space. The locations is perfectly central to all things New York, Central Park, Times Square, Empire State Building, etc. The doormaned building is clean, updated, and secure. Thea actual apartment is even better. The amount of space was grand as well as the furnishings and spectacular views. When visting New York this will be my new home away from home.

Highly recommend this apartment. So spacious, homely and spotlessly clean. Lots of space for our party of 5 adults.
Communication from Gabriel great all through the process.
Great neighbourhood - concierge/doorman friendly & helpful. Best pastries on corner for breakfast. Super deli on 9th Avenue for all your organic/fresh juices etc.
Loved the fridge with ice-dispenser. Kitchen well equipped but hey...who cooks in NYC with an abundance of eateries in the vicinity. Do go to 9th Ave for pedicure. Short walk to Times Square. Don't miss Sat Market on Broadway. Go to 46th for great jazz/swing clubs n restaurants. We'll be back. thank you Gabriel for such a wonderful hub.

Great apartment!

We stayed here for 4 nights in May 2009. The apartment was exactly as described on the Homeaway website and was a really comfortable place to stay. It was spotlessly clean had everything we could possibly want. The views from the lounge and both bedrooms were breath-taking. The location was great too - only being about three minutes walk from Times Square. The subway station was just yards from the door so travelling was really easy.
Despite being in the heart of the city, the apartment was quiet and, being on the 14th floor, we were well above all the hustle and bustle down below.
The area is full of good restaurants and the Theatre District is an easy walk. We enjoyed hiring bikes and riding around Central Park and along the Greenway, which is a cycle track which runs the whole length of Manhatten. The views from the Top of the Roc were just amazing. We got there just before 8pm and watched as the lights came on all over the city and saw an amazing sunset.
The owner was very friendly and helpful and refunded our security deposit within 24 hours of leaving.
If you are going to New York, this is THE place to stay!
