Please e-mail for more pictures...This recently remodeled upscale 3 bedroom/3 bath home is the perfect vacation rental with an outdoor pool, and 2,400 sq. ft. of living space. Each of the bedrooms is connected to its’ own private bathroom. Upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, one downstairs bedroom has a full bed, the other has a fold-out queen sleeper sofa – all with luxurious bedding. Queen air mattress available if additional bed needed. Spacious and open upstairs floor plan includes kitchen, dining area, great room with pool/city/Malibu Hills views. Fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances includes everything needed to dine-in or use the professional stainless steel outdoor BBQ while enjoying the deck and pool. State-of-the-art A/V system with two flat screen TVs – one in the living room and one in the Master – that include VHS, DVD, and DirecTV. DSL and wireless access available as well. Tastefully furnished rental includes use of the pool and 3 bicycles.
