The apartment is inside Aquatika, a water park and beach residential condo, with fabulous amenities for all family. It is located away from the noise and hustle, but within minutes to San Juan area (Loiza), at the Northeast wonderful beaches of Puerto Rico Caribbean Island. This three bedroom unit offers all of the comforts of home in a luxurious Caribbean spot. Aquatika offers a wide range of pursuits including multiple pool areas, jacuzzis, water slide, water falls, a lazy river, mini-golf, basketball, tennis, beach volleyball area, sunning and lounging areas, children's playgrounds, gazebos and beautiful green areas with lush tropical plantings, palm trees and flowers. Beach side gazebos and BBQ grills provide a great place for cookout. Aquatika is fronts the Atlantic Ocean and provides direct beach access. Clubhouse offers lounge area, fitness center, and terrace.

I just returned home after spending a week at Aquatika. I just LOVED the place, it is safe secure and friendly. The town is a bit run down, but all of the local people I encountered were helpful and friendly. The owner of this unit, is top notch! Jose was extremely helpful and attentive. The grounds are well manicured, and the recreation is endless. Just a short walk to the beach, or you can enjoy the many pools, jucuzzi's, water fall, slides etc. It is centrally located so most of the main attractions are about 20 minutes away. The condo, was well equipped and clean. The driving in Purto Rico was enlightening, but hey...We just laughed and made the best of it. The people of Purto Rico are friendly and most speak english. I would highly recommend this unit and personally, I will be returning. It is generally a fun place for all ages, children, teens, adults and getaways. It is quiet and refreshing. I spend time on the beach at night and felt safe and had no problems. The locals next door demonstrated how they climb the palms (about 100 + ft.) and cut down the "coco fruit". It was quite an amazing thing to watch. Anyhow...I give 100% recommendation for Jose's unit, and for Jose for all his genuine help! Have fun in Purto Rico...

The apartment was clean and very well maintained. The apartment is very well equipped and nothing has been overlooked, down to beach towels and a cooler to take to the beach! All we had to do was unpack our swim suits and enjoy our vacation.

The owner is friendly and very knowledgeable about the island. Even though we're been to Puerto Rico many times, he gave us lots of very cool tips, including where to snorkel safely for kids and also where adult snorkeling was best. Travel guides are also in the apartment.

Aquatika is beautifully maintained and very safe. In addition to the many pools, there's putt-putt (crazy golf), basketball and safe playgrounds. Charcoal pits are provided for picnics, although our apartment also had a propane barbecue on the balcony. There are local stores for coffee and rolls. McDonalds is a couple of miles away and 8 miles from Walmart/Sams Club etc. It's about 40 mins from San Juan via a new and fast highway. There's also a very scenic coastal road as an alternative.

I've vacationed many places and stayed in a wide range of condos, but this apartment tops my list.
