The very beautiful and lovely furnished two room apartment in the Castello di Montali is located on the first floor of a lone-standing, small, typical Italian house and is an ideal place to relax for two people. The hilly location with a stunning panorama view of the Lago Trasimeno, Perugia, Assisi or the Apennines makes every sunrise and sunset a unique experience. A real oasis of tranquillity in a landscape barely changed by man, in the middle of the green heart of Italy that is ideal for a relaxing and quiet holiday that you can enrich with cultural excursions, spa visits and vineyard tours. The closest historical cities like Perguia, Assisi, Orvieto, Cortona, Todi, etc. can be reached comfortably in 30-60 minutes.

Car: necessary
The property is located on a hill about 5 km from the city of Colle S. Paolo. To the closest city, Tavernelle, shopping or Fontignano (this is where the painter Pictor Perugino is buried) it is about 8 to 10 km. The cities of Panicale or Citta della Pieve can be reached in 20 to 30 minutes by car and are attractive Umbrian cities. Here you can also eat very well. The lake can be reached in about 30 minutes. Here you will also find a variety of restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops, etc.. The cultural centres of Assisi, Perugia, Orvieto can be reached easily by car. Even day excursions to Rome, Florence or Arrezo are simple and worthwhile by train or car. There are a few beautiful cities nearby like Cortona, Todi, Spoletto, Bevagna, Montepulciano - just to name a few - that are very beautiful and charming. If you want to be lazy, you can just lay by the pool and enjoy the landscape and the stunning view.

Stunning shopping connected with a cappuccino, champagne in the countless beautiful cafes in the car-free inner city of Perguia (40 minutes away) will let you enjoy the Italian life.

Hallo Herr Jendreyko, noch immer erinnern wir uns an den herrlichen, erholsamen und einmaligen Urlaub im Castello di Montali. Die Abende mit Prosecco auf der Terrasse den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen waren ein unglaubliches Naturschauspiel. Auch die Lage der Wohnung mit der Erreichbarkeit zu den wunderschönen italienischen Orten oder den Bade- und Massagemöglichkeiten in den Thermen von San Casciano dei Bagni und Saturnia sind einmalig. Gerne kommen wir wieder! Herzliche Grüße aus Kassel F. Kollmar ***Sehr geehrter Herr Jendreyko, gestern sind wir nach guter Fahrt wieder aus Montali zurückgekehrt. Es hat uns dort außerordentlich gut gefallen, es ist wirklich ein traumhaftes Fleckchen Erde.
