Take an early morning walk or jog on the beach to start your day. Don't want to eat in? Enjoy a meal at one of the many restaurants that line the surrounding streets. You are just a bus ride away from the historical El Morro site in Old San Juan, the Isla Verde area and Plaza Las Americas shopping mall, to name a few. The Marriott Hotel is directly across the street. They provide sightseeing tours, several good restaurants, live music, dancing and a lively casino, if you are feeling lucky. I just returned from a guys trip to San Juan May 25, 2009 and stayed in this location for Memorial Weekend. I must say first that Noelle has the best customer service i have experienced in a long time. She was always available when i called before and after i arrived. The location is perfect. It is across from the beach and the Marriott which has a Casino. It is also very near to Starbucks and Walgreens and many eateries. The included parking space was perfect due to limited parking on the streets. The condo was clean and Noelle said all i had to bring was my clothes and toothbrush. She was right all the amenities of home were available in the condo. When i return with my wife i will definitely wait until this unit is available. Kudos to Noelle and her unit.

It was an extreme priviledge to spend a vacation in Puerto Rico in this lovely studio apartment in El Condado, San Juan! The decor, amenities and accomodations were indeed elegant. Super clean condo with thick comfy murphy bed and most of the comforts of home. The view of the sea and condado skyline from the floor to ceiling glass windows were just breathtaking. The pool was well cared for and attracted nice people to chat with if you wanted to but also aforded privacy if that was the desire. No whirlpool but wasn't missed. Reliable and quick elevators with wireless internet IN the unit (unlike many other units in the building). The condo building is located near a market and several excellent restaurants, especially Bangkok Bombay around the corner. Pricey but Delicious! Noelia was cordial, friendly, professional and terrific from the first phone call to the last contact. What a blessing all the way around!

This was our first time in PR and Noelle made our
experience wonderful. First off, her condo is very
nice and clean with modern furniture and great
amenities. Also, it's right across the street from
Condado Beach in the heart of San Juan. A quick
drive to Old San Juan and other places! Noelle even
had a portable crib for my son along with a gift of a
few toys for him upon our arrival. What a nice
gesture! I'd stay here over any of the hotels in San
Juan any day!

After staying at the Ashford Imperial many times before, this was
by far the best place we've stayed in. The apartment was very nice and crispy clean. You can tell that Noelia has taken a lot of thought in making her guests feel comfortable in her home. For those who are not familiar with the area, Noelia has also left a guest book, full of information, making it easier for people to get around. The people at Ashford are also very helpful and very polite and friendly.
It is also conveniently located. Close to airport, walking distance to beaches, restaurants, casino's and 24 hour Walgreen's. It is also 10 minutes away from Old San Juan which is a great place to visit.
We are so glad we chose this place, and are looking forward to staying here again, on our next trip to Puerto Rico.

My wife and I spent a week in this property. We had a great time and the condo was exactly what we expected. It was nice to have a small kitchen to prepare snacks or meals that we could enjoy while overlooking the beach across the street from our balcony
What made it even better was the personal attention and service we received from everyone. Noelle, Becky, and even the cleaning lady(can't remember her name, but I will always remember her smile.) It was our 23rd anniversary and it couldn't have been any better. The location was wonderful--right across from the Marriot beach-front property. Lots of places close by for shopping, eating, gambling, etc. Thanks to Noelle for everything...Jim and Sharon Lyons
