RESERVATION DEPOSIT AND CONFIRMATION:
A 50% deposit is required to guarantee a reservation. This must be paid at the time the reservation is made. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express and Pay Pal. Upon receipt of your deposit, a confirmation letter will be sent to you with all of your vacation rental information and directions.
BALANCE DUE:
Balance is due upon arrival at the Inn.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:
Check in is after 3 p.m. and Check out is 11 a.m. This time is necessary so that we can clean and otherwise ready the house between guests. If you need, we can hold luggage for you either before you check in or after you check out. If the Inn is ready we may be able to check you in before 3 PM. Contact us if you require a later check out.
CANCELLATIONS:
A minimum of 14 days notice is required prior to date of arrival if you must cancel. A full refund will be given less a handling fee for cancellations.
