A 2,700 sq.ft. three level 4 BD/ 3.5 BA Custom Cottage Lakefront home nestled beneath the woodland pines on a 1.25 acre gated property overlooking Kidd Island Bay. The Main level includes an Open Great Room with Wrap Around Decks, Wood Burning Rock Fireplace, Custom Kitchen w/ Stainless Steel Appliances, Dining Room and Breakfast Bar, Hardwood Floors, TV/ DVD (w/ satellite and surround sound. There is a Main level King Master Bedroom, Private Deck and Master Bath as well as a powder bath, pantry and laundry/mud room. Upstairs there is a private loft bedroom with (2) two twin beds and bath.
