Our pretty one-room apartment is furnished like a hotel room and is located on the 4th floor of a multi-story house with elevator. The house is well connected and has good shopping. The apartment is completely furnished (linens, plates). Enjoy the view and the sunshine from the balcony.

Nearest Airport: Berlin Tegel (approx. 8 km) at 8 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: City autobahn (approx. 2 km) at 2 Kilometres
The apartment is located it in the north-west part of the city. Park and U-Bahn are located just out the door. The Kurfürstendamm is just a 7 minute drive away.

Die Beschreibung in der Anzeige trifft voll zu, ebenso das, was meine Vorbewertin angegeben hat. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist hervorragend: U-Bahn und Bus direkt vor dem Haus.
In ca. 15 Minuten ist man mit der U-Bahn am Bahnhof Spandau.
Der Bus fährt direkt zum Hauptbahnhof.
Wirklich empfehlenswert!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, pflegeleicht und hat einen Balkon. Schränke mit genügend Kleiderbügeln, gute Betten, Lift, Fernseher sowie Radio sind vorhanden. U-Bahn-Station über der Strasse, jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Post sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ich würde auf jeden Fall gerne meinen Urlaub wieder dort verbringen.
