This unit is a beautifully furnished bayfront ground floor unit located on Isla del Sol(Island of the Sun). Complex is anchored by a 18 hole golf course and many bicycle and walking trails, which cover the entire island. Our pool is heated and has a separate hot tub. Isla is a separate island in between St. Petersburg Beach and Tierre Verde. You can easily walk or bicycle to the beach. It's a three minute car ride to 'Fort Desoto' which was voted #1 most beautiful beach in the US. Living Room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom and screen porch all have water views. The kitchen was recently gutted and now has beautiful maple glazed cabinets, granite counter tops and black appliances. All baths were recently redone. St. Petersburg and Tampa airports are very convenient. Call for longer or shorter term lease and information. Discounts available for longer terms.
