The name says it all. This is a “Beachfront Paradise” with over-sized, gulf front private pool, beautiful gardens and fenced grass yard, in a very private setting with private beach access. Second full kitchen just feet from pool deck. This home is new to the rental market, starting December 2008 and is booking up quickly. This is a very special and spacious home on a 100 ft gulf front lot, with almost 3600 sq ft of living space plus decks and porches. You can see the beach and Gulf from the pool deck and from the living area screen porch, living room, 3 gulf front king bedrooms, etc. There are 2 full size kitchens and 2 living areas. This home makes a perfect romantic getaway or a great family destination, easily accommodating 12. Lots of parking and a circular drive with extra room for boat or RV too. Iit has a large screen porch plus two private balconies. Private beach walkway out your back gate. Very rare - see the beach/gulf from the pool deck. An open ground level deck looking out over the gulf with a fenced yard, including grass area. An outdoor shower lets you shower straight from the beach. The house features an open floor plan with great gulf views from almost anywhere in the house.

Sleeping Accomodations: Three bedrooms have king sized beds. 1 bedroom has twin beds. 2 queen sleeper sofas in lower level. Separate dining, kitchen, living space, bathroom on ground level.

Our stay at Beachfront Paradise was simply AMAZING. It truely felt like our home. We spent Spring Break with our 5 children and I must say, the pool was the biggest hit. We couldn't keep everyone out of it from sun-up to sun-down. Our family dog felt right at home as well. Knowing we could take her on vacation too was very nice.

The house was very well equipped for a large family. Sitting on the screened balcony was my favorite morning spot. The view was outstanding. It is unanimous, everyone wants to return to Beachfront Paradise next year!!

We have been to the Cape many times...but this was exceptional !!!!
The house is pure paradise...the sunsets and sunrise's are spectacular !!Our four legged kids are true beach bums and loved every minute of their sandy "winter home" !! We are so looking forward to next winter to be at Beachfront Paradise again.
Rex and Anne are the best, and will make your stay at the Cape a lifetime memory !!!!!!

We had the most WONDERFUL New Years at Beachfront Paradice (aptly named)! The weather was fantastic, the bonfire on New Year's Eve amazing, the beach super! Of course, the house had everything we desired and then some! We are beach-goers from way back, mainly going to the Carolina beaches (Myrtle Beach)...Port St. Joe has become a new favorite destination for us and our Golden Retrievers! We'd like to compliment Anne and Rex Anderson at Coatal Reality Group for their excellent service! They really helped to make this trip special, one that will long live in our memories as special!
