Located in the prestigious, gated Pine Canyon Golf Community (www.pinecanyon.net), in Flagstaff Arizona, this beautiful, brand new, home was completed in 2007 and has been professionally decorated. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are downstairs. Downstairs Master has a custom king-sized canopy bed and walkout to deck. The master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and over sized, two-head shower. The second down stair's bedroom has a king bed. The 3rd bedroom (Queen Bed) is upstairs and very private. Upstairs also has a large loft area, which offers an additional living room or extra sleeping quarters. The loft has a top of the line pull out sofa (queen). Large Dining Room table will accommodate 10 adults. Approximately half the home is surrounded by a wrap around deck. Living Room has beautiful wood-burning fireplace with plasma television. Outdoor deck has built in gas grill, chaise lounge, bistro table, and outdoor dining for 6. Decorated and appointed to feel like home!
