The most memorable vacation I ever had...

I figured this was much too good to be true after days of searching various rental websites. Well it wasn't -it really existed. The house was fantastic both inside and out! My familys jaws dropped the moment they entered the gates and saw this beautiful 3 story luxury structure with private pool and breathtaking views. Everything was upscale in this home down to the light fixtures and granite countertops.

My only complaint was a faulty breaker box which caused some trouble during our stay one evening, however Rudy reallty was there within 10 minutes to fix it (VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT). Definitely a 5 star stay that I will utilize every year for my family trip.

Beautiful Home w/ Magnificent View

The house looked too good to be true. After we arrived it was more than what we had expected. Palmas del Mar is a very nice secured community w/ gated communities within. The house sits right in the middle of the community on the mountain side overlooking the ocean, another island, the yacht club and the center of town with no obstructions. That was my hang out every morning with a cup of coffee just enjoying the view! The house itself is exactly as described in the ad. The pool/Jacuzzi is beautiful w/ the outdoor kitchen area (BBQ, burner & refrigerator) which is great for cooking casual meals while enjoying the pool and view. Living area with very nice deck and seating is great for just kicking back. Lots of tile, marble and stairs so you need to be careful w/ toddlers. Bedrooms & baths were nice but could use minimal upgrading, nonetheless very clean and comfortable. Each room has its own AC unit. We did not even use the 5th bedroom located poolside, but it would be great for teens as it is separated from the other rooms and has its own bath. My family enjoyed the pool table room every night along with some darts. Also, want to mention Rudy Realty . . . Rudy and family were very cordial and responsive to all our needs . . . not to mention providing recommendations. We rented a golf cart from Target that ended up costing around $250 for the week, but I highly recommend the cart as you can drive it right up to the beach, casino, golf course, marketplace or just explore the scenery. All in all it was more than what I had expected from looking at this ad! One last helpful hint . . . right outside Palmas del Mar about 10 minutes away is shopping and fast food places. They have Sam's Club, Walmart, Walgreens, Ralph's Super Market, Dunkin Donuts, McDonalds, KFC, etc. so very convenient for stocking the house for the week. Definitely would rent it again!
