Located in the Wianno section of Osterville, this very secluded, newly built 4 bedroom, 3+ bathroom, Nantucket-style home sits on a private, one-acre lot within walking distance of beach. In addition to the open floor plan in the living, kitchen and dining room areas, there are 3 large bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms on the first floor. There is also a private wing on the second floor with its own bedroom and bathroom. The house boasts a wrap-around farmer’s porch and sits in the corner of a large lot off a quiet dirt road. The yard is professionally landscaped with a blue stone patio and gas grill, outdoor furniture, and an outdoor enclosed shower. General home amenities include central A/C, washer & dryer, microwave, coffeemaker, Jenn-Air oven/stove, linens, TV, DVD player, and a guest closet filled with books and DVDs. This home is a short walk to both Osterville village proper and Dowses Beach, or you can use the resident landlord parking sticker to drive to the beach.
