It’s an easy walk to groceries and downtown Main Street; truly a remarkable location. Spacious interior with 800 square feet, this condo was recently remodeled and decorated with slate floor tile, new carpet, electronics, and big screen TV. The large circular dining room area is perfect for family fun and games. Rene’s Park City condo has a full equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, cable TV, free Wi-Fi Internet, & private balcony off master bedroom. This unit is ideal to sleep a family of 4. Enjoy the King Size bed in master bedroom with sleeper sofa in living room. Linens and towels included. Free underground parking is available or you can catch the shuttle from the airport and enjoy free public transportation once in Park City.

Welcome to Utah's Park City, 'The Greatest Snow on Earth' with world class skiing at Park City Mountain Resort, The Canyons Resort and Deer Valley. Park City was put on the map not only for its fine skiing but for its international renowned Sundance Film Festival. The village is unique in every way. Where in the U.S. can you walk off an airplane, hop on a shuttle and be to your destination in less than 45 minutes? Once in the village, no need for a car, free transportation is provided by Park City Municipal Transportation. Besides skiing, there is an array of other winter sports from snowmobiling to ice skating. You can visit the Olympic Park built for the 2002 Winter Olympic Games and fly down the bobsled course at 80 miles an hour. Park City has many restaurant choices from affordable to fine dining.   • The tub/shower is separated from the vanity area to provide more privacy to each guest. Off the vanity area is a huge walking closet to hold all those bulky ski clothes and jackets. Comfort items like extra bedding and pillows are stored here as well as condo necessities, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, room fans, etc. The entire unit has radiant floor heating, so walking bare foot through the bathroom is not a problem.

Even though we had a week of bad weather we still had a blast. The condo is a very unique-remodeled old Victorian house, very spacious, clean & comfortable. My pipe-smoking husband was delighted wih the balcony-he spent many hrs reading & smoking his pipe. When it wasn't raining, we hiked, fished, & played golf. Great location !! Note. Get the Wednesday paper "Park City Record", it has many free/discount coupons at the top restaurants. The Purple Sage was one of our favorites- free dinner with one purchase & only a $5.00 Cork fee.( You can take you own wine to any restaurant in Utah & they will open & serve it for you. Most restaruants house wine is $10 - $12.00 for ONE GLASS. ) Some restaurants have cork fees are as high as $17.00, but you're still ahead & you can take the wine with you. We wined, dined & ate at a top restaurant every night with our coupons. Got 3 great movies with a coupon at Blockbusters. Who says "you can't be frugal & go First Class." Thanks, Rene, for letting us share your condo - we will be back. Dee & Woody

My boyfriend and I stayed at Rene's condo from March 2 through March 6, 2009. The condo is truly in a superb location to the ski resort/lifts. Literally, just a few minute walk. It was wonderful. We didn't have a car, but found that the walk to Main Street each night was pretty enjoyable (probably about 10-15 minutes). We usually took a cab home after dinner. Cabs are very easy to find once you are on Main Street in the main district. The condo, itself, was better than we expected. It was a VERY large 1 bedroom, and very clean. Rene's condo overlooks the pool/hot tub of the complex next to hers. So, there is a chance that there could be rowdy people in the hot tub. However, we did not have to deal with any of that. If there was one negative thing about Rene's condo, it would only be that the bathroom was outdated (still clean, but outdated). My understanding is that Rene would like to get that updated. Again, though, the entire place is immaculate, cozy, comfortable, conveniently located, and I would HIGHLY recommend staying here. We had a great time here!!

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Rene's condo Feb 21-28, 2009. We just loved the walls of windows, spacious rooms, and well-equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. The linens and bath towels were top notch. We knew from the moment we walked inside (and saw the jar of chocolate kisses on the counter!) that we had found a very special place. We hope to come back next year!

Rene, Thank you for allowing me to stay in your beautiful home in Park City. It has a great location just one hundred yards to the main Park City Mtn resort lift area and my favorite part of town. Your Condo is very nicely decorated and was a great value for such nice accommodations. You made the transaction very smooth and explained everything I needed to know with great detail. I will definitely keep you in mind for future trips and I will recommend you to my friends and family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rene's condo at Park City. It was clean and comfortable for our family (have 2 small kids), having a washer & dryer to use was a big bonus too. We really appreciated the close location to Park City Resort - an easy walk from the condo to the lift! Rene was also a pleasure to deal with to ensure our stay was memorable. Thank-you!
