This new house has a lovely south-west terrace. On the ground floor it has a cozy living room / dining room with a complete kitchen, fireplace, bathroom and WC. Located upstairs are three bedrooms and a WC. The quiet park at the edge of town has a public pool, playground and a lake for fishing.

Wir waren bisher schon 2x in diesem Ferienhaus und es hat uns immer sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und gut eingerichtet - es fehlt an nichts. Auch die günstige Lage zum Meer und diversen kleineren und größeren Städten (z. B. Schagen, Den Helder, Amsterdam ...) bietet einem viele Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen.

Wirklich tolles Haus!

Wir waren im Sommer 2008 mit unseren drei Jungs (4,6,8) in diesem Haus und waren restlos zufrieden!
Das ganze Haus ist gut ausgestattet und gepflegt. Auch die Lage ist klasse, da Garten und Terrasse hinter dem Haus liegen und somit nicht einsehbar sind.
An der Pinwand im Flur finden sich viele nützliche Adressen wie Ärzte und Restaurants.
Die örtliche Betreuung war sehr aufmerksam, freundlich, und sprach sehr gut Deutsch. Auch die Vorbereitung durch den Vermieter war gut; im Haus selbst gibt es einen dicken Ordner mit Ausflugstips.
Im Park gibt es einen Spiel- und einen Bolzplatz sowie einen Swimmingpool, der bei uns für abendliche Abkühlungen sehr beliebt war!
Zum Strand fährt man tunlichst mit dem Auto (mit dem Fahrrad eher 30 als 15 Minuten). Dafür sind Park und Umgebung absolut ruhig (kein Durchgangsverkehr im Ort), was wir sehr genossen haben.
In der näheren und weiteren Umgebung gibt es - neben den tollen Stränden natürlich - so viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, daß wir lange nicht alles geschafft haben. Auch für schlechteres Wetter gibt es genug zu tun: z.B. Marine- bzw. Rettungsmuseum in Den Helder oder das Aquarium in Bergen.
Wir können dieses Quartier uneingeschränkt empfehlen und sind selbst vermutlich nicht zum letzten Mal dortgewesen!

Enspannung pur

Wir haben jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal eine Woche in diesem gepflegten Haus verbracht. Besonders hat es uns die nette Umgebung angetan, die geradezu zum Fahrrad fahren einlädt. Unweit des Häuschens sind viele attraktive Ziele schnell zu erreichen, so dass auch bei etwas durchwachsenem Wetter nicht so schnell Langeweile aufkommt. Ob Den Heldern oder Alkmaar, etliche schöne Städte sind in maximal 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Selbst Amsterdam ist nur ca. 50 km entfernt. Die Distanz zum Strand ist tatsächlich auch für Kinder gut mit dem Fahhrad zu bewältigen.
In dem Haus haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die gemütliche Einrichtung und der offene Kamin luden zu manchem langen Abend bei einem Glas Rotwein ein.

Wir sehen uns bestimmt bald wieder.
