Dining inside inspires quiet ambiance; outside on the open air deck brings the ocean to you; or opening the French doors brings the enchantment in! The master bedroom suite sports a wrap-around windows, a spa tub and separate shower. Three bedrooms are suites plus a half bath. You'll enjoy extended balconies, great for watching sunrises and dolphins, while sipping mimosas. Cable flat-screen tv sits adjacent to the conversation pit. Just returned from a wonderful stay with our daughter and grandkids. The pictures on the website do not do justice to this beautiful home - plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and such an easy walk to the beach-especially with the wagon to tote the beach "stuff". We were even surprised with a welcome basket upon our arrival!
Many activities close by-manatee watching, fountain park for the kids, water sports galore, restaurants close by. We can't wait to return!

Enchanting indeed. Our family had a wonderful vacation at this property. Everything is exactly as advertised. The house is well appointed, spacious and very comfortable. This place will spoil you. The beach is a very short walk and is pristine. The property is close to shopping, restaurants and tourist sites. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone. Make sure you ask Colleen to give you some tips on where to eat and things to see. She knows the area and will not steer you wrong!

Relaxation at its best

Very nice location, just 100 yards from the beach.The beach is very private and not crowded.We saw dolphins and sea turtles, amazing. Clean well maintained home with roomy bedrooms kitchen and living areas. Great layout with two master suites separated by kitchen great room. Nice bathrooms, yard. Indoor and outdoor living made easy. Great grill on deck off great room with fabulous ocean views. This is a Great house for families or two couples. Just outside a quaint shopping/dining area of Vero Beach. Its a quick drive to lunch,cocktails, boutique shopping and ice cream. This is a trip we will take again.

Perfect Vacation - Very Relaxing!

Great place to rent. The review says 3 minutes from the beach... more like 30 seconds. We were able to watch a rocket takeoff from Cape during sunset. Absolutely wonderful view! Everything was newly remodeled - grilled out almost every night. Perfect getaway. No complaints and would rent again.
