This house is situated in Narbonne-Plage, close to Le Massif de La Clape (natural protected site), near the sport centre (swimming pool in summer), 300 metres from the beach and 600 metres from the town centre and shops, in a residence built in 1995. This 3-room villa with sun terrace on the roof has a terrace with garden furniture and deck chairs. There is a reserved car park in the residence. It sleeps up to 6 people. On the ground floor you will find the living room (bed settee, French TV and German programmes), a kitchenette (4 hot plates, fridge, oven...), a separate toilet and a washing machine.
