The townhouse is 4 blocks from College Ave. and within a mile of Fort Lewis College. Walk to the Durango train station and ride the Durango-Silverton narrow gauge railroad. Skiing and snowboarding are only 25 miles away in Durango Mountain Resort. You’ll have easy access to a variety of seasonal activities, including river rafting, world-class fishing, golfing, hiking, mountain biking and road cycling. Also nearby are Mesa Verde National Park and Wolf Creek Ski Area.
