Welcome to Settler's Crossing, a new complex on the 16th fairway facing the mountains. Our unit is all about quiet, beauty and serenity as no public sidewalk or roadway goes past our unit. Park in the heated underground garage with reserved parking. A short walk takes you to our ground floor unit with a private entrance and a ski locker adjacent to our front door. A 10-15 minute stroll starting with a path across the 16th fairway takes you to the village center via the 'village stroll' where you will find a variety of shops and restaurants. Along the way you will find the public pool and skating rink. Sun Peaks is a multi season/activity mountain resort. During the summer it is pristine and gorgeous and when it is covered in snow it is simply magical. Enjoy all that the resort has to offer, then snuggle up in our cozy mountain home or soak in our private hot tub complete with LED lights, waterfalls and a fountain after a day enjoying the great outdoors.

Location: Sun Peaks in Canada

Sun Peaks, Thompson Okanagan, British Columbia, Canada (4.5 hours from Vancouver). Sun Peaks resort is just 25 minutes from the city of Kamloops and offers lots of activities during both the summer and winter. Dog-sledding or a fondue dinner at mountain top combined with a torchlight descent are just two unique winter activities that compliment great downhill & crosscountry skiing along with awesome snowshoeing. During the summer there are a large variety of out door activities such as, golf, alpine hiking, mountain biking, great day camps for kids and a variety of lakes nearby, as well as delicious dinning opportunities and outdoor patios to enjoy a refreshing drink.

Mountain View, Golf Course Front, Ski-In/Ski-Out: literally steps from our front door. Full Kitchen: Our pantry is stocked with the basics which you are welcome to use during your stay. No Pets Allowed: Please note that this unit is not 'hypo allergenic'. Please note: No snowboards, skies or bikes are permitted in our unit.
