New luxury 3 story townhouse w/ elevator. Property is on inter-coastal highway, poolside. 28 foot boat slip included. 2 car garage. All new, fully furnished with upscale furniture. All linens included, washer/dryer. 3 blocks to lifeguard protected beaches. Guarded pool. 2 balconies; one off a bedroom, another off the dining room. Dining room table seats 8, breakfast bar seats 4. Cable and internet included. About area: Chelsea View development. South side of Atlantic City- very close to Ventor, but also walking distance to casinos. Great shopping and nightlife in AC for the non-gamblers, golfing and wineries nearby.
