The-Shire Villa sleeps 10, has 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms with all appliances included. There are flat-screen LCD TVs in all bedrooms as well as high-speed wireless Internet throughout the house. Our comprehensive game room includes a professional billiard table we have a 50-inch LCD wide screen HDTV Home theatre system with a DVD film library in the family room. Our enclosed (private screened) pool/spa area is fully equipped with a BBQ grill, 2 set complete sets of patio furniture (large table with 4 chairs, standard table with 2 chairs), a East-facing pool and a Jacuzzi spa with a huge deck. A great way to relax after a long day at the parks! Newly built in 2007, our professionally managed & maintained executive air-conditioned home comfortably sleeps 10 and is situated in exclusive West Haven @ The-Shire, a new gated resort community in the heart of Orlando. 5 minutes away from golf course. 2 minutes to grocery shopping and restaurants.

A Palace in the middle of vacation land

Stayed there Jan 2009. Owners were extremely nice. Talk about comfort!!!!! Beds are heaven! Pool great!
Location?..... Great! My kids just loved the place, swimming anytime of day & night. We always stay at the Ginn reunion. Ginn may have lost our business. You rent this palace, you'll wont be disapointed!

This is everything you could ask for in a home away from home. There are 5 real bedrooms with very comfortable beds and flat screen lcd tvs in each room. The house was clean when we entered. The kitchen was fully equipped with full range, oven, toaster and even a blender. We prepared full meals two out of five nights and did not miss any utensils that were needed. Everything was there!.
This is the best rental property that we have stayed in.
