This comfortable villa (230 qm) has a 450 qm terrace, a 70 qm pool, a Dominican gazebo with barbecue, bar and a dining area. It is located on a 7000 qm property, surrounded by plants and palm trees. The living/dining area, the kitchen and the guest WC are all located on the ground floor. Just as the 40 qm two-room-area (living-, bedroom, bath room) with its own entrance. Three bedrooms are on the upper floor, each of which has a bath/shower and WC. A patio, which opens up to the covered veranda, is also located upstairs. A 50 m walk through the garden will take you to the beach, which has a small jetty and hammocks under palms and almond trees. From the terrace and the patio, you'll have a splendid view of the sea as well of the bay and Los Haitises Park.

The house is located by the sea on Samana Bay in the village of Rio Los Cocos. It is ideal for families who seek peace and quiet, away from the throngs and mass tourism. It is also an excellent location for individualists who wish to discover the lush countryside, white-sandy beaches, coconut- covered mountains and Dominican life. In the town of Samana, just 6 km away, you'll find a lovely beach front promenade, a marina, banks, restaurants, discos and the typical Dominican market. Los Haitises national Park can be reached by boat across the bay and the waterfall Rio los Cocos in 10 minutes on foot.

Living/dining room (50 qm): both the dining room furniture and the substantial furniture set are made of rattan. There are comfortable seats and two tables available on the terrace. Padded deck chairs are located by the pool. The fully equipped kitchen includes a six-burner gas range and oven, two large refrigerator/freezers and a cooler for picnics on the beach. A separate two-room-area with sleeping-, living room, shower and WC has its own entrance and terrace. With a connecting door an access to the living/dining room of the house is possible. Upper floor: spacious patio with a furniture set. From it, you'll have access to the covered veranda with cosy rocking chairs. The three bedrooms have ceiling fan, closet, bathroom with shower and WC. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the veranda.
