Charming and affordable condo located 2 blocks from Mamitas beach and half a block from famous Fifth Avenue. It is located towards the north end of town, close by to all shopping, dining, and entertainment. The condo is located on the ground floor giving you easy access to the shared pool located in the front of the building. The condo has been comfortably decorated with lovely Mexican accents like talavera sinks, colorful tiles and walls, and fabrics. It sleeps 4 people comfortably with one king sized bed and 2 individual beds.

Playa del Carmen is the perfect place from where to explore the entire Riviera Maya. It is conveniently located along the Caribbean coast between Cancun and Tulum. Along this coast you will find wonderful beaches, fresh water cenotes, and the ruins of Tulum. Further inland you can visit several famous Mayan ruins sites like Coba (1,5 hours), or even Chichen Itza (3 hours). The ferry to Cozumel departs every hour from the dock in the center of town. But don't forget to explore the wonderful sites of Playa del Carmen, great shopping, dining, entertainment, beaches, music, people, etc.

The condo made the vacation even greater! 5th avenue thrives in great restaurants (we tried several on our stay), being only 1/2 block away was a huge plus. The part of the beach that is close to us also happens to be the better part I believe. Overall, the condo was very clean, very nice, has everything you need from towels to kitchen supplies. Highly recommended!

Magnifique expérience, cadre paradisiaque!....

Brilliant place close to everything you can dream about....The best beach in Playa del Carmen is 5 mn walk, busy 5th avenue is 10 meters from the condo...you can find all kinds of attractions for any age, this place is perfect for kids, couples, families...the condo is lovely, big, with a typical mexican decoration (I loved it!) and....american comfort!!!!! If you add the swimming pool and the fact you are in Mexico, what could you expect more?...Maybe a nice person like Monica, ready to help you and share what she knows about Playa and the surroundings...she gave me some adresses that I will never forget! Thanks for everything Monica, sure I will come again!!!!!
