The rest of the living area is tiled with large area rugs in the living room and dining room. There is a large sectional sofa with recliner and chaise finished in red leather. The entertainment center has a 42' LCD TV with digital cable and High Definition programming, a 5.1 channel surround sound with DVD player and VCR as well as a DVR player to record your favorite shows for viewing at a later time. The living room has direct access to the verandah and a tremendous gulf-front view. This beautifully decorated villa has 3 large bedrooms providing sleeping for eight guests. The master bedroom has a King bed, private bath with bathtub and separate shower as well as a 32' LCD TV & DVD player. The second bedroom has two Queen beds, LCD TV and DVD player. The third bedroom has two twin beds & LCD TV/DVD player.

This unit is very clean and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. The ocean is closer than it looks! You can sit on the veranda and listen to the waves. Found lots of sharks teeth. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Our family of four stayed in Palms #2 from Nov. 27 to Dec. 4. It is truly a lovely villa, with gorgeous furnishings and a great location. The beach is uncrowded, and we saw dolphins every day. Watching the pelicans feeding in the Gulf just off our balcony was great entertainment. Restaurants, bars, and a small grocery were a mere 2 blocks away. The kitchen was well equipped, and the washer/dryer allowed for midweek clean clothes. Do not hesitate to rent this place! It's gorgeous.

We stayed July 31st through August 11th. We had a great time. This condo is beautiful, clean and comfortable. It's right on the beach and has a wonderful view. It's very quiet and relaxing. The kids loved finding shark's teeth in the sand. We definitely plan on returning. Thanks to the Todd's for sharing it with us.
