Palm Tree Residence is nestled in a Historic neighborhood called Grandview Heights. This cottage was built in the early 1900's, and lies in the heart of downtown West Palm's art district. Palm Tree Residence is a Historic 2-bedroom cottage and is tastefully decorated to ensure the comfort of each guest. A combination of hardwood floors, porcelain tile and wood ceilings mixed with contemporary wall colors framed with crown moldings and trims go into this cottage. Add comfortable furnishings, a collection of art from renowned artists, fluffy towels, 400ct linens that feel like silk, and this cottage is ready to make each guest feel like home away from home. Adorable cozy place!

I came down in July to visit West Palm Beach with my husband, 16 year old son, 13 year old daughter, and my 17 year old niece, since we have never been here and had a lovely time! The distance to Palm Beach was a short drive away. The owner of the cottage was very sweet and assisting us in great places to visit since it was our first time there. The cottage was cozy and tastefully decorated. I definitely recommend this place beats staying in a hotel anytime.
Owner's Response: This wonderful family was so happy to visit West Palm Beach. I recommended the Beautiful Palm Beaches that are only 2 miles away and Benny's On The Beach for breakfast. They ranted and raved about! I hope they return again to Palm Tree Residence.

WOW! That pretty much sums up the cottage and our stay with John. He was such an awesome host! The five of my friends and myself have never felt such at home in a vacation spot.The cottage was homey and close to many awesome spots! We could walk to the beach and to some restaurants and we were so close to EVERYTHING!! We rented the cottage for two our birthdays and it was awesome! I would surely recommend this cottage for a family or just friends on a trip! John was fabulous! We are looking forward to renting again with ANOTHER cottage next summer!!

Overall, I think the cottage we stayed at in West Palm Beach definitely set the tone for myself and all of my friends to enjoy a great time....The cottage itself was in great location for the most part and it was very relaxing & quiet to please anyones stay....It also was surrounded by numerous vacation areas and attractions....But I would like to thank John Freiermuth for being such a great owner and host for the time that I stayed in West Palm Beach, we all truly appreciate you welcoming us to your cottage in West Palm Beach.

After extensive research on rental properties, We decided to go with whoever had the best reviews, which in this case was John. When we arrived we were not disappointed at all but rather quite impressed with the layout of the property. It was clean and comfortable, and he was a great host. It felt like a home away from home. The kids really enjoyed their stay also at the house, the beach and fishing, which are all near. We would definitely stay here again!
Owner's Response: What a lovely family of 7! Anything they asked for and anything they needed they got it. I almost thought they were putting me up to the test.....they asked for directions and they received them. They even asked for Krazy Glue and (phew....thank goodness I had some in my own private junk draw....ya know one of those draws that has just about everything in it.....hahahahahaha). I hope to see them all in the near future.

Charming, Well Decorated, Well Maintained!

My boyfriend, another couple, and I rented this house over Memorial Day weekend, and had a GREAT experience despite all of the rain! The house is beautiful with hardwood floors, completely remodled kitchen and baths, and a projector screen TV that the boys LOVED! John is the best landlord/tour guide I have ever had! We had a bottle of wine chilling in the fridge upon arrival, great restaurant and bar recommendations, and even a pitcher of Sangria delivered to our table when we ran into John at dinner one night! There is also a great common area between the house and apartments with a grill, covered patio, and some of the most beautiful landscaping I have seen! Nearby, there is a shopping/dining/bar area (City Place), and a street full of nightlife (Clematis Street). We also took a beautiful drive to a restaurant for brunch recommended by John (Benny's On The Beach) where we toured what must be one of the most expensive streets in the area with some of the most breathtaking homes I have ever seen! We definitely would stay here again, and recommend to others who are looking for a great place to stay in West Palm!
Owner's Response: These two couples were super friendly and could not wipe the smiles off their faces! These smiles were from arrival to departure (well.....they were sad to leave, it was bitter sweet!) They were in town for just a little bit of business and to meet up with some friends in West Palm Beach. They were WOWED by the Master Bathroom (they actually had to make arrangements which couple would get the Master Bathroom with the walk-in shower for two!) I hope to see them again real soon! Down to earth, wonderful, cheerful people!!! I am so grateful that my vacation rentals attract these types of people.
