Come spend time in our cottage by the sea. You will not be disappointed. This 1 bedroom has been totaly renovated ,it is constantly upgraded. including all new furniture, electronics, linen and cookware. It is located on the 1st floor of a 8 unit condominium building where there is a view of the heated pool and gardens. In the back yard, there are boat docks and a yacht basin. The property is in a quiet, residential neighborhood, yet only 2 blocks from the Village, the ocean, diving, shopping, restaurants and other amenities. The property is a short distance from the famous Las Olas area of Ft Lauderdale and yet is removed from the traffic, hustle and bustle of a big city. You are a short distance to the casinos and other nearby attractions.15 minutes to Fort Lauderdale/ Hollywood International airport.
