Our Home::
We have tried to make this a real home. While we do not yet live there full time we have tried to furnish it as if we do. With the custom built furniture, carefully picked out accessories and things like the Jacuzzi tub, we feel like we have done a good job. We think you will agree. Just about every surface in the home as recently been redone, from floor to ceiling. And every thing in the home is brand new. We will be moving in full time when we retire and in the meantime we enjoy being here with our children and grandchildren. We hope that you will enjoy this home as much as we do. We have such special times here, create special memories, laugh and spend time with our children and friends. We wish the same for you.
Hot Springs::
Hot Springs has so MANY things to do. It is a city that has something going on all the time. It is a city rich in history. You must take a tour of the Fordyce bath house. The tour is free and so very interesting. You'll be carried back in time The Gangster Museum is also very interesting. I was really surprised. The winery is an absolute MUST! There is an amusement park, a water park, fabulous shopping. You can ride a duck, play pirate mini-golf, go for a lunch or dinner lake cruise - which is really interesting and fun. Did you know that Tyson chicken and Wendy's hamburger's have ties to Lake Hamilton? Garven Gardens always has something different depending on the time of year. The Christmas lights are nothing short of magical. In December you can ice skate on Bath House Row. Hot Springs has LOTS of wonderful restaurants - a number of them you can get to by boat. You can pet an alligator or pick up a piece of collector quality pottery. How about digging for a crystal? And so much more
We Love Dogs Too::
We are dog lovers and don't mind small to medium sized dogs. Dogs are the only pets that we allow. We require all pets to be housebroken and treated with a topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival such as Advantage. We do charge a small non-refundable pet deposit as we have extra cleaning done after a pet as been in the home. Whether the renters have pets or not they want all traces of a pet not theirs removed as you want all traces of a pet not yours removed before you arrive. We assume anyone who brings their dog to our home is a conscientious and responsible pet owner. We have found it to be true that these pet owners respect our home and the neighboring pets.
