This incredible retreat is on 2.5 hillside acres and was built to take in the magnificent beauty outside as well as a showcase for a contemporary art collection. Because you are surrounded by silence, this home makes a perfect setting for healing, writing, connecting with nature or honeymooning. Although the sense is that you are secluded, the house is only minutes from town. Relax on one of the three decks or in the private outdoor soaking tub to take in the colorful views.

Wonderful vacation spot !

This listing descriptions is accurate but it can't begin to describe the beauty of the views. The property was clean and well-maintained.  The owner did provide excellent customer service.  I WOULD recommend this property to friends or relatives - in fact, I had family visit me there during my vacation, and am renting it again for myself in 2010.  Excellent restaurants in Sedona are too numerous to list, so many are fabulous.  Even though an elder senior, I enjoyed hiking, sightseeing, shopping, Indian ruins, Petroglyphs - and always the inspiring scenery. 

The views from the deck of this house are breathtaking, as is waking at dawn to see hot air balloons rising over the red rock cliffs, then floating down into the canyon.  It's like having a box seat from living room, dining room, bedrooms, and even the hot tub!  Everything needed for convenience is provided.  Wonderful vacation spot!

"The minute you travel to the top of this private neighborhood, you know you are in for a special treat. The views are absolutely awesome, and the sunsets are glorious. The house is filled with art, and has many windows to view the outside.
After a day of hiking and shopping in Sedona, a warm fire in the fireplace, and a relaxing soak in the hot tub with a view of The Cockscomb Mountain is the ultimate pleasure!
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
