The Pines is a beautiful 4 bedroom villa with private pool on a conservation plot facing a pine forest affording maximum privacy. The pool faces South West and has the benefit of the Florida sunshine from early morning until nightfall. Many upgrades and extras are included with free wireless broadband throughout the property and on the pool deck, luxury sun loungers, a BBQ, games room, 51-in TV, Cable, DVD, Stereo, TVs in all bedrooms. We have an alarm system, a safe for your valuables and plenty of toys and games for the children. There are 2 master bedrooms both with en suites, 1 with a King Size bed and the other with a Queen Size bed. The games room has a table tennis table, an 8 foot pool table and an exercise bike. A selection of DVDs, videos and books are available free of charge. A high chair, cot and stroller are available free of charge. The Utility Room has a full size washer and a separate full size drier plus ironing board etc. Free Local phone calls. Golf Courses nearby.

Our beautiful villa is built on a premium lot located in Calabay Parc, a superior development close to Orlando's main attractions and is fully furnished, air conditioned and equipped to a high standard. Calabay Parc is within 10 to 15 minutes of Walt Disney World and many other major Orlando attractions, including Sea World and Universal Studios. It is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes from the Kennedy Space Centre and within easy traveling distance of both the West and East Coasts with their miles of beautiful sandy beaches. Calabay Parc is also within a few minutes of a number of championship golf courses and some superb restaurants and fast food outlets. The screened private pool (28ft. by 14ft) looks onto a pine forest and has a covered lanai and extended sun deck with a range of luxury pool furniture and a gas barbecue. The sun deck faces South West and receives direct sunlight from early morning until sundown. The villa meets all fire and safety regulations and is security alarmed.

just returned home after our holiday in florida
i would like to confirm that the villa was in fact one of the best attractions if not THE best during our stay in florida .
everything was as portrayed and could only be experienced properly by being there . at all times we felt at home ..our home and not a holiday accomodation .i personally enjoyed the wildlife from the pool deck and the tranquility surrounding the villa . on most days the kids looked forward to leaving the parks and going back to the pool .

definitely anyone who considers this villa can rest assured that the photos and testaments do not give the justice it deserves , to a point that we may consider a move to a sunnier climate on a more permanent basis .


once again thank you for covering every angle and while i would love to point out some room for improvement .... i can't

Excellent Vacation Rental

We had a wonderful vacation at your villa. It was centrally located (parks, golf, shopping). It was just the right size for the 7 of us. We have booked rentals in the past and this home is every bit as nice as those in the past. The descrition provided was quite accurate. The neighborhood was great (quiet & clean).....

Wonderful vacation at the Pines villa

We had had a fantastic time in your Florida villa, it was something that we had not done before but I think we will definitely take a similar holiday again in the future. Everything about the villa was just right for us, the pool was great and I like the extra little touches you've obviously added yourself to make difference, I had a great time teaching my daughter table tennis and pool also.

I thought I would drop you a quick note to say thank you very much for the use of your villa (we are quite envious of your villa).
