Family Room, Lounge/Dining Room and Kitchen :
The Family Room has patio doors leading out to the pool area, and the views of the golf course can be seen from here. It has large comfortable sofas. Behind the sofas there is a breakfast area and a fully equipped kitchen.
The Lounge/Dining Room has a dining table with seating for six, plus two very comfortable sofas, which makes this room ideal for relaxing. Computer access is provided in this room.
The Kitchen has a cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer with ice dispenser, coffee machine, toaster, kettle plus plenty of utensils. The telephone can be used to make free local and national calls.
Our villa was new to us in June 2008 and has recently been refurbished. The previous owners used it as a vacation home for their sole use and is in superb condition.
Pool and Games Room:
One of the key features of our villa is the swimming pool with spa which overlooks the 11th fairway at Highlands Reserve. This type of view is uncommon with mosts villas in the Orlando area so you can rest assured that after a hard day at the theme parks you can come back to your own piece of paradise and just relax, unwind and maybe watch a spot of golf.
There is a covered lanai, seating, dining area, pool toys all for you to use and enjoy. The pool is heatable at an additional cost.
There is a Games Room with a giant air hockey table as well as a multi-games table.

Golf:
Highlands Reserve sits atop one of the highest areas of Florida and offers remarkable scenery along with a course designed for hot golf. This championship Mike Dasher design gives you pine tree-lined fairways reminiscent of the Carolinas, open spacious fairways likened to the great Scottish courses, and a bit of old Florida with citrus trees along the countryside. Large, fast, undulating greens makes this course challenging and fun for all levels of golfers.
Highlands Reserve also has tennis courts and a communal swimming pool. There is a key within our villa which enables you to use these additional facilities.
