The property is located in a very quiet area with a beautiful panoramic wiew of the sea. A large swimming pool, bowls area, garden and private parking at your disposal. Satellite TV and Internet connexion are free. The typical provencal village of St. Jeannet, 700 m far from, offers restaurants and little shops. From the village you can walk to the famous Baou mountain (810 m) with uniqur view over the whole Côte d'Azur. The beaches at 20 minutes distance by car. The apartment with a terrace and barbecue is completly independent to the main house.

The 30 sqm apartment is beautiful furnished and completly independent of the main house. The terrace is 12 sqm south-facing with panoramic sea wiew. It's composed of a living room with a sofa bed, a little kitchen, a bathroom with WC and washing machine, a bedroom with a double bed. Satellite TV and Internet connexion (WiFi) are included and free.

Das Appartement befindet sich in der Tat in einer traumhaften Lage, mit wunderschönem Blick von der Terrasse, den wir ausgiebig genossen haben. Die Vermieter sind überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr diskret. Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr gemütlich, in der Küche bieten sich alle Möglichkeiten, die man benötigt, um ein ausgiebiges Essen zu zaubern.

Das Haus bietet Platz genug (wir waren 1 Erwachsener und 3 Jugendliche)
Bei dem herrlichen Wetter verbringt man sowieso die meiste Zeit auf der Terrasse und am herrlichen Pool.Die Wohnung liegt, obschon am Haupthaus, ganz für sich.Die Vermieter sind nett und man kann den Pool nutzen wann man will.Man liegt halt relativ ausserhalb und braucht unbedingt ein Auto.
Aber davon abgesehen, sehr ok

Super Unterkunft! Das Gastzimmer war herrlich, der Garten stand uns zur Verfügng, die Gastgeber sind sehr nette Menschen, die immer bereit waren uns zu beraten oder verschiedene Wünsche zu erfüllen. Die Lage - mit dem Auto erreichbar.

wir haben sehr nette, hilfsbereite gut englischsprechende Gastgeber angetroffen.Der Pool war top und jederzeit nutzbar.Die Wohnung war sauber (Bad,Betten OK mit Abstrichen).
Das große Grundstück bietet einen tollen Blick auf das Mittelmeer.
Das Grundstück ist ruhig gelegen.Auto notwendig.
Sehr gute Kommunikation vor Reiseantritt (mail werden umgehend beantwortet)
