My family, consisting of 2 adults and 2 children, boys of 15 and 9, stayed here in August this being the first time we have rented a private apartment. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable furnishings, extremely well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a washing machine and very clean. The balcony in our apartment had fantastic views down to Lake Piano and across to Lake Lugano. The gardens and pool were immaculate with plenty of sunbeds and individual private seating areas for each apartment. The views were outstanding and the location was peaceful with no passing traffic as you are at the end of a road but within walking distance of shops where you can get excellent fresh produce and the Villa is very secure. Plenty to do either at Lake Piano, Porlezza or Lake Como, which are nearby. There are some excellent restaurants in Porlezza and Menaggio and there are leaflets, maps etc in the apartment to assist you. The Owner, Yvonne, is amazing, her attention to detail in the apartments and gardens is second to none and her thoughtfulness generally really made our holiday special and we will definitely be returning.
