White powdery sand beach is just 30 steps from the condo. This is a true one bedroom that sleeps four to six comfortably. It is not one of those studios with a small bed niche that others in the building try to pass off as a one bedroom. It has a Deluxe King bed with pillow top mattress in the bedroom, a full sleeper couch bed, 3 futons and even an extra full size king air mattress with pump and lots of extra linens. There is a Pentium IV computer in the bedroom that has high speed internet access and gives WiFi for your laptops.

Location: Punaluu in USA

You will enjoy visiting because part of the time you have the white sandy beach completely to yourself (Yes it is always safe). The area (Hauula) is on the opposite side of the island from the airport and Waikiki. About 45 minutes to an hour drive. It is not far from the Polynesian Cultural Center (about a 10 min.drive). The city bus line picks up directly in front of the unit. Sunset Beach is about 15 minutes away. Baywatch Hawaii was filmed about 25 minutes away in Haleiwa and North Shore on FOX was filmed 20 minutes away in the same direction. 'Lost' is presently filming in Waialua past Haleiwa. Foodland Supermarket is a major chain in Hawaii and has one ten minutes away. The building is eight stories high. Avoid lengthy elevator waits on your vacation. This unit is the ground floor corner unit, the most preferred location.

Great Location: All visitors have agreed that this unit is the best located one. It is thirty steps to a white secluded sandy beach. The ocean is calm because of a reef 1/4 mile out which blocks the waves. It is perfect for kids to enjoy snorkeling and swimming. The building has amenities like professional Bar-b-que area, gym with sauna, swimming pool next to your unit and sunning area behind your unit. Your parking stall is included and located right in front of the unit. This is the ground floor, corner unit. This is the preferred size and location. The unit extends from one end of the building to the other and measures approximately 850 sq. ft.

Other Amenities: Work out gym with sauna,exercise equipment and weights. Pentium 4 computer with high speed internet, 2 Stereo, Pool, Toaster, toaster oven w/rotisserie, blender, Stove/Oven, Coffee maker and bean grinder, Kenmore Washer/Dryer, Charcoal BBQ, Ceiling fans, tower fans, King bed system, Full sofa sleeper, futons, air bed mattress with pump, snorkeling equipment, Boogie boards, Preferred ground flr, beachfront, Deliberately developed to be your 'dream vacation getaway', Plenty of solitude

Can't say much about the place other than paradise. Cozy, comfortable, and simply adorable. We realy enjoyed the patio overlooking the beach every morning while we sipped on our coffee. Very relaxing. Literally steps away from the quiet beach and miles away from the busy city. If you are seeking a restful and secluded place for your future vacation then stay here!!! Accommodations were nothing but exceptional (they even had nail polisher remover and cotton balls!!!) We visited the Dole pineapple plantation and it was really fun and short. And great tasting pineapples!!!

Great experience. The beach was pristine and all to ourselves. The water was calm and very inviting.There was plenty of snorkel gear provided for us to use. The beaches on this part of the island were beautiful, calm and empty. The drive into waikiki was beautiful and easy, about 30 minutes.This side of the island is dar enough from waikiki to egt away, but close enough to drive into as we did. The condo itself was great, kitchen was fully stocked.

We had a wonderful stress free vacation at Mr. Chen's Condo. The location was fabulous and the beach was empty. How can it get better than that? It was very close to the Polynesian Cultural Center and the Bonzai Pipeline. The Condo was very nice with many updates to make it very comfortable. We hope to return soon.

My wife and I spent 3 nights at this condo and really enjoyed it. Its in a perfect spot to really see all of the island and just far enough away from downtown to feel like you are away from the rat race. The beach is really nice although we were unlucky with the weather. The natives told us that the windy overcast weather we experienced was unusual but we were able to get one good day at the beach. This condo is a great value for anyone looking to get away from the crowds but not spend a fortune. The condo is decorated really nice and has everything you need.

First of all, Emmanuel is AWESOME!!!!! So friendly and sweet. I came to Oahu for a week with 4 of my girlfriends and we stayed at Emmanuels condo... Can I just say...BEAUTIFUL?!!! It's steps away from the beach. He has so much snorkeling equipment(fins, masks, snorkels)... You can snorkel right out in front of the property. There is a private beach, really peaceful... So one way you get an amazing view of the beach, and the other way, you get a view of the beautiful mountains... So PERFECT! The condo has internet access, tv, huge king sized bed, futon, enclosed patio(but the breeze just flows right through). Towels, laundry in the unit, pots, pans, cups, blankets, pillows... Seriously, everything you need is there! It's a very nicely decorated unit!!!! But also has that beachy, laid-back-Hawaiian feel to it. I am SOOOOOO glad I found this place! I loved it so much here, that I am seriously considering buying a unit in the complex. Stay here, you wont regret it! I give it tons of thumbs up!
