The spacious garden complex is 900 m² in size. It is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and a number of romantic sundecks. It offers three distinct possibilities for private, individual accommodation, all of which may be combined with another. Rental of the entire complex (suitable for up to 13 people) is also possible. This is an ideal residence for small groups of cyclists and hikers.

Specials: Casa Monica is perfect for small biker- or walking groups till 10 - 13 persons.

Wintertime: In the wintermonthes November till March we recommend you to hire a car. All supermarkets, shops and almost most of the restaurants and bars in Cala San Vicente are closed in this period. In the little town Pollensa, about 10 minutes drive from Cala San Vicente, you will find a lot possibilities for shopping and many opend restaurants and bars the whole wintertime. The big supermarkets near Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa are opend every day. Every sunday morning there is the big sunday market in Pollensa center.

Hiring a car: If you need help hiring a car, please let me know. By the local car hiring office here in Cala San Vicente, I can organize you a car, which will wait for you inthe parking house at the airport. You can get it immediately without waiting at the counters .

Ein toller Urlaub

An alle die den perfekten Ort suchen um den wunderschönen Norden Mallorcas zu erkunden und in traumhaften Buchten baden zu gehen!
Hier seid ihr genau richtig!!!
Wir waren Anfang August ´09 zu Gast in der Casa Monica und vom ersten Moment an begeistert. Die Anlage, im mediterranen Stil, ist liebevoll gestaltet und sehr gepflegt. Sie liegt ruhig und trotzdem strandnah (3 min. Fußweg).
Das Studio mit vorgelagertem Patio ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. In der Kochecke findet man alles nötige, um sich spielend leicht selbst zu verpflegen. Weiterhin besteht die Möglichkeit zu grillen.
Die Vermieterin, Frau Oligmüller, ist sehr nett und hilft gern wo sie kann!

Vor Ort gibt es zwei kleinere Läden. Für einen größeren Einkauf sollte man jedoch in den Supermarkt nach Pollenca oder Port de Pollenca fahren. Dort gibt es alles was das Herz begehrt.Das geht aber auch mit dem Bus (1,10€/Person).
In Port de Pollenca findet man auch eine Reihe an Autovermietungen. Wobei es in der Hauptsaison schwierig ist ohne Vorbestellung ein günstiges Modell zu bekommen. Dann kann man aber immer noch Roller, Motorräder, Quads oder Fahrräder mieten. Da ist immer was zu bekommen...

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub!
Auch wir kommen gerne wieder!

Eine schöne Zeit

Wir waren Ende März 2009 in dieser reizenden und liebevoll gepflegten Gartenanlage und waren rundum zufrieden.
Die nette Vermieterin stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und konnte uns so manch einen guten Wandertipp geben.
Das Studio selbst ist liebevoll eingerichtet, es verfügt über eine kleine Küche die mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet ist (sehr zu unsere Freude auch diverse Gewürze, Zucker, Öl, Kaffee, etc).
Oft haben wir abends vor dem Studio gegrillt. Der Supermarkt bei Pollenca verfügt über eine lange Fischtheke mit frischem, preiwertem Fisch!!!
Das Studio ist als Ausgangspunkt für manch eine kleinere oder auch größere Wanderung ideal.
Ein Mietauto sollte man allerdings haben.
Alles in Allem ein toller Urlaub in einem "Botanischem Garten"

Meine Frau und ich haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und wir empfehlen unser Feriendomizil auf jeden Fall weiter. Die Angaben im Online-Inserat waren allesamt zutreffend. Die Betreuung - insbesondere die Wegbeschreibung bei der Anreise - war sehr gut.

Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Seit mehreren Jahren buchen wir das Studio in der "Casa Monica" und können nur sagen,dass wir uns immer sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Die Vermieterin sehr nett und bei Fragen immer sehr schnell vor Ort.Das Studio ist für 2 Personen absolut ausreichend;sehr gepflegt und sauber(nach einer Woche wird eine gründliche Zwischenreinigung gemacht);jeder Gast hat im Außenbereich genügend Platz; der Außenbereich lädt zwischen Palmen und anderen mediteranen Pflanzen zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein.
Tipp: ein Auto sollte man auf jeden Fall mieten,um die wirklich sehr schöne
Umgebung zu erkunden.
Wir sind und bleiben Wiederholungstäter.

Waren im Juni 2009 11 Tage im Studio.Die Anlage ist romantisch und ruhig, aber es fehlt an fachgerechter Pflege. Die Küchenausstattung für Selbstverpflegung ist nicht nur einfach, sondern primitiv. Haben uns erst mal Tassen und Teller gekauft. Der Abzug ist gefährlich und erfüllt in keiner Weise seinen Zweck. Kochen am Abend sollte vermieden werden, da die Gerüche sonst die ganze Nacht im Studio sind. Das Besteck hat starke Altersspuren, so dass aus dem Griff schon Ameisen hervortraten. Sauberkeit im Studio ist o.k. Das Radio war kaum gebrauchsfähig, hatte zum Glück eigenes dabei.
Wir hatten viel ruhe, da im Ort nicht jedes Hotel belegt war. Der Strand ist super und sauber. Vorallem nicht so überlaufen.
