Welcome to Sunset South! This ocean block unit is located only 40 feet from the sand to the beautiful sandy beach. It is located on 68th street ocean block side. I provide all the bed linens, towels, wash clothes, pillows, blankets, cleaning supplies, iron and board, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, plus some beach chairs and boogie boards. The kitchen is fully equipped, coffee maker, microwave, dishes, pans, etc. This building is family oriented. We do not allow loud music or parties. We want everyone to enjoy themselves.

Notes: There is one assigned parking space and free on street parking. There is a washer and dryer located in the downstairs locker. This is a two level Condo building with only 10 units. Yours is on the first floor with parking under the building. There is a balcony with chairs and table. A large screened TV with VCR in the living room. The unit is well maintained and modern. New carpet and Living Room furniture this year. You will be well pleased with your stay!!

There is NOT a cleaning service, so you are responsible for thoroughly cleaning the unit prior to leaving. The linens are to be folded and left on the beds, towels put away. The washer dryer takes quarters- 1.75 per load. Smoking is not allowed in the unit; use the balcony.

Comfortable, Quaint, Convenient!

I stayed here Aug 1-8, 2009 with my boyfriend, and another couple we are close friends with. The unit had plenty of space for all of us. Furniture is in great shape (brand new!) and the unit was clean. Big closest, hangers provided, and plenty of drawer space. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed (we cooked almost every night!). This unit is located only 1 or 2 houses from the beach, and about 1 block from the nearest bus stop. We didn't have to drive anywhere all week; we just took the bus for $2/day where ever we needed to go.
In addition to the kitchen equipment, Linda also supplied all linens (though we brought our own), beach chairs, boogie boards, reading materials, and local discount magazines. There is a huge storage space downstairs with a combo lock, too.
The only negative point I feel required to bring up is the children staying upstairs - They were constantly running up and down the stairs (which are metal) at early hours (not fun for us, as we were usually out late).
The unit is decorated very tastefully and comfortably. We would definitely stay here again!!!
