Villa Lauro is situated in Torre delle Stelle, the most exclusive location of all south Sardinia. Sleeps 6, 3 double bedrooms, full bathroom, half bathroom, double dining/living room, big furnished veranda with sea view, outdoor shower, barbecue. 200 mt from an amazing white beach (Genn'e Mari beach). Torre delle Stelle: In all South Sardinia is the most uncontaminated area with a lot of green, two wonderful beaches that guarantee the possibility to enjoy the sea also in windy days. Ten minutes by car from Villasimius and 30 minutes from Cagliari. Activities in Torre delle Stelle: Diving, boats for rent, excursions, restaurants, pizzeria, bars, pharmacy, markets, little bars on the beach, horse riding. In summer the condominium organizes cinematic shows (outdoor cinemas) and puts on several shows as karaoke, pasquinade and bands etc..

    At the arrival a €300 deposit will be asked and given back at the departure,
    The house will be free from 17:00 and must be made vacant at 10:00 to permit the cleaning in the changeover day.
    Energy charges, linen and towels with weekly change cost €25 per person per week.
    Final cleaning € 100.
    For all arrivals after 20:00 an extra €50 fee will be required.
