Our house is located in the popular 'Les Lagunes du Soleil& residence near Gruissan. It is close to the lagoon and just 300 m from a broad, sandy beach. The ground floor has a living room with an integrated kitchen niche and satellite TV. Two bedrooms are located upstairs.

Kleines Ferienhäuschen

Würden wir für Familien mit kleinen Kindern, max. 1,55 m Körpergröße empfehlen, da dieser vom Schlafzimmer abgetrennte, sehr kleine Raum (Kinderzimmer) auch sehr niedrig ist. Das Bett und die Klappliege darin sind auch nur ca. 1.80/1,90 m lang. Im Kinderzimmer gibt es statt eines Kleiderschrankes (unmöglich aufgrund der Raumhöhe) nur eine Kommode, die auch eher nur für die Bekleidung einer Person ausreicht. Für 5 Personen eigentlich zu klein, zu viert geht es gerade so, man ist ja im Urlaub doch meistens unterwegs, aber eher für 3 Personen geeignet. Freisitz und Gehweg sind nur durch eine schmale Mauer getrennt und der Freisitz kann von jedem, der vorbeigeht, auch von manchen Stellen des Pool´s aus (ca.5 m) eingesehen werden, daher ist der Wintergarten ganz praktisch. Die Nähe des Pool´s ist für denjenigen, der ihn oft nutzt, sehr praktisch, mittags kann der Pool wegen Mittagsruhe nicht genutzt werden und abends ist ab 20.00 Uhr Feierabend. Es hätte ein wenig sauberer sein können.
