The property is located in a quiet, residential area in the heart of the beautiful city of Paris. Nearby public transportation allows you to quickly arrive at world famous museums, visit the Eiffel Tower, shop on the Champs-Elysees and view numerous other tourist attractions. The studio is located on the first floor of a beautiful, refurbished, 19th century home in a new, modern and safe residence. The studio has it own private entrance. You have the option of enjoying a continental breakfast in the living room of the host or in your own studio. The cozy blue studio (15m² + 6m²loft) is located on the court side of the house and accommodates 2-4 people. The studio has its own private terrace (20m²) which is surrounded by plants and flowers. In the privacy of this terrace, you can enjoy your meals.
