Ample parking on a large flat paved driveway, good for motorcycle trailers and trucks. Front lawn area, large back yard, with horse shoes, croquet and fire pit area. A 'great room' addition has been completed March 2009 to include pool table, air hockey, games table, checker/chess table, mezzanine from upper loft family room, WIFI Internet Access with a 8 minutes drive to the heart of Pigeon Forge. Sister cabin Stag's Leap is located only 2 minutes from this cabin that is also luxury accommodations and sleeps 6, we can hold up to 18 people comfortably.
Spectacular Mountain Views:
Wilderness Ridge has spectacular year round mountain views from the large covered front & new side porch with 2 swings, 6 Tennessee rockers and log tables. Congregate on the front porch after a long day in town admiring the best that mother nature has to offer. Winter mountain views are plentiful from the new side covered deck off the new great room, completed in March/09. Don't forget the wildlife, 'feed them and they will come' the wild turkeys come in to the property usually twice a day, early morning and again around 3:30pm for dinner (if you put out the bird seed located in the main floor pine cone bedroom closet). You might even be greeted to a walk about to the front yard and watch them fly away across the road. A sight to be seen, traffic can also be halted if they choose to stroll the roads right in front of the property.The large front covered porch is a great viewing space for this.
Secluded But Amenities:
Wilderness Ridge is what I would call Semi-Secluded, perched on a ridge overlooking some of the most spectacular views of the mountains found in the area, especially from the new games room where the end wall is glass with a walk out to another covered side deck with chairs and tables. Wilderness Ridge sits on 3/4 of an acre, private setting with parking for 4-5 vehicles on the flat side parking area. Wooded for privacy, no cabins on either side or behind. A 5 minute drive down to the mountain on Goose Gap Road is a gas station with convenience store, across from the street are new stores being built, bakery, deli and more. In the mountains, quiet, luxury, cozy and comfortable amenities but close to town, an 8 minute drive (5 miles) to the heart of Pigeon Forge at traffic light #3.

Wilderness Ridge is centrally located to all area golf courses, within 20 minutes from the cabin.
