The estate has been restored in original Marchigian style and is situated on a hill with a fantastic view of the sea. Three houses, an old Church, the pool and the 6,000 m² park-like garden help to make this a refuge of peace and quiet. There are five apartments to choose from, suitable for a maximum of 20 people. During the restoration we tried to avoid 'classical' hotel standards. Each apartment has its own charm by its individual and charming interior. All holiday homes have a cosy kitchen/dining area, a spacious bathroom, central heating and satellite TV. Our residents can dispose of the swimming pool, the barbecue, the bar, numerous quiet resting places and a sand place for games like boccia, badminton, volleyball. Borgo Vecchio is situated in a region of a cultural, culinary and scenic variety and the distance to the different beaches is only a few kilometres.

This charming apartment - called 'nest' - for 2 persons (baby bed possible) disposes of a sleeping area with double bed and a light sitting corner (with two armchairs, a little table and TV-Sat) that offers a wonderful view over the hills to the sea. Further you will find a well equipped kitchen with dining area and a sunny bathroom with shower and bidet. In the garden there is a furnished outdoor place where you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner during summer.

San Costanzo is only about 3 km away. The contemplative little town with its imposing Malatesta fortress is located between the old Roman town Fano and the famous sea resort Senigallia along the Adriatic Sea. San Costanzo offers all shopping facilities, bars, cafés, restaurants and pizzerias, a post office, a pharmacy, doctors and not at least interesting historic buildings. You still can find here originality and typical Italian flair. To the railway station of Fano it takes you only 15 minutes by car and Ancona Airport is only 45 km away. You can choose as well from the airports Forli, Rimini or Bologna which you reach in 1 - 1,5 hours and meanwhile there are a lot of inexpensive flights to come over here to Le Marche by aeroplane. A change of beach life you will find in all the well restored villages and towns nearby with their markets, festivals and concerts. The local restaurants offer fresh and homemade pastas and delicious meat and seafood specialities.

Location:: San Costanzo with its good shopping is just 3 km away. The romantic village with its imposing Malatesta Fortress is situated between 'Fano', a lovely old Roman town and 'Senigallia', one of the most famous old seaside resorts along the Adria. San Costanzo offers nearly all shopping possibilities, bars, restaurants, banks, a post-office and service stations.

Italian cooking:: Our italian cook is cooking for you 1-2 times a week a typical Marchigian dinner; Sometimes we prepare for our guests pizza in our pizza oven. The dinner is served at the pool or in the church.

Courses:: Cooking, Pottery and Italian Language on Borgo Vecchio only during the Low Season (before 1st of June or after 15th of September). Italian Language Courses : Dante Alighieri School Mondavio (15 minutes by car)- the whole year.

Golf: The next Golf Club: 'Conero Sirolo' near Ancona; 18 + 9 holes, Greenfee: 35 -40 €.

Other Activities: boccia, badminton, volleyball

-Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, die Appartments sind liebevoll und funktionell eingerichtet. Die Außenanlagen sind landestypisch gestaltet mit idyllischen Rückzugsmöglichkeiten.
-Alle Angaben im Online-Inserat waren voll zutreffend
-Die Betreuung durch die Vermieter war überaus gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend.
-Direkt von der Wohnung aus können wunderbare Wanderungen in die hübschen teilweise historischen Dörfer der Umgebung gemacht werden.
-Tipps für sehr gute REstaurants in der Umgebung kann man von den Vermietern gerne bekommen.
-Es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für hervorragende biologische Weine und Olivenöle.
-Wir haben die Anlage schon vielen Freunden empfohlen und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Ein absoluter Wohlfühlurlaub mit völlig korrekten Angaben im Online-Inserat. Sehr gefallen hat uns der Getränkeservice und die Tipps von Ulla und Harry bezüglich Stränden und Restaurants. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und entsprechende Empfehlungen an Freunde und Bekannte geben.

Die Appartments sind wunderschön eingerichtet, mit Liebe zum Detail. Von der kompletten Anlage aus hat man einen traumhaften Ausblick. Besonders gut haben uns die verschiedenen lauschigen Plätzchen gefallen, die über das gesamte Grundstück verteilt waren.

Ulla & Harry versorgten uns mit tollen Restaurante- u. Ausflugtipps. Besonders schön waren die Abende, wo über unser Lieblingsthema Kochen geredet wurde, inkl. Austausch von Rezepten.
Das gemeinsame Essen mit der Hausperle Angela in großer Runde war super.
Wir kannten die marchigianische Küche bis dato noch nicht. Sehr empfehlendswert mit Ihr Bekanntschaft zu machen!!

Wer die Marken mit gutem Essen, guten Weinen, netten Menschen und abseits vom Trubel geniessen will, ist auf Borgo Vecchio genau richtig.

Für uns war es das erste Mal, aber bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal !!!!!!!

Die wunderschöne Anlage hat in jeder Hinsicht unseren Vorstellungen und den Angaben aus dem Internet
entsprochen. Im Garten haben wir viele lauschige Plätze
zum Relaxen gefunden. Ein El Dorado auch für unseren
Hund. Er konnte sich völlig frei auf der Anlage bewegen.
Die Tipps der Vermieter hinsichtlich Restaurants und
Strand perfekt. Für Weinfreunde ist der Besuch eines
nahegelegenen Weingutes empfehlenswert. Wir haben
uns prächtig erholt und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Geschmackvolles Ambiente

Die Beschreibung entspricht den Tatsachen, die Anlage ist sehr schön und sehr gepflegt, in sehr gutem Zustand, man kann sich dort sehr gut erholen. Das Apartment liegt über der alten Kirche und ist über zwei Treppen erreichbar. Es ist vollständig eingerichtet, von einem Fenster aus mit Blick auf das Meer.
Die Betreuung durch die Vermieter war gut, wir wurden freundlich aufgenommen und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Empfehlungen für Restaurants und besondere Attraktionen konnten wir jederzeit erfragen.
Wir haben die Anlage weiter empfohlen und wollen evtl. selbst noch einmal hin.
