This is a newly renovated waterfront home in Mattituck with breathtaking views of Lupton's Point Creek out to Peconic Bay and a lovely landscaped yard including sod. The dock is great for sitting and watching the sunset or jumping off to take a quick dip. The first floor has two bedrooms, a full bathroom, living room, dining area, fireplace, sun room and a kitchen. The kitchen has new appliances and a beautiful copper counter top. CAC, front loading HE washer & dryer. The second floor is a large loft style bedroom with a full bathroom. The house is fully furnished including a sleeper sofa in the living room. This rental includes all of your linens, flat screen televisions, WiFi, high definition cable, long distance,DVD player, stereo, lawn furniture, beach chairs, beach towels, barbecue grill and kayaks. It truly has everything you will need for the summer. The house has a detached three car garage and additional property directly across the street for extra parking, if needed.

This is a lovely cottage with an beautiful, peaceful view of the water. Lots of outside space to relax. Close to beaches (with chairs and towels provided). Near vineyards and away from the high traffic of the south fork. Also, a great area to bike and lots of quiet side streets to walk.
