Large, 2nd-floor unit with over 1380 sq ft is situated in beautiful Canyon Shores, a quiet, gated community in Cathedral City, located between Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage. Less than 10 minutes from airport and close to all are attractions. Open floor plan w/vaulted ceiling in main living area. Immaculate condition, newly redecorated, & all the amenities. King-size bed in master bedroom; queen-size bed in second bedroom, & queen inflatable mattress bed. Pets are NOT allowed & No Smoking. From dining area, living room, or deck look out to view of mountains, pond and creek, palm trees and flowers, and swimming pool. Standard-size swimming pool and hot tub adjacent to unit. Large swimming pool, clubhouse with exercise room, and five tennis courts (no charge) within 2 minute walk. Several ponds with connecting creek meandering through complex. Golf across the street w/numerous others nearby; only minutes to other desert cities, excellent restaurants, shopping, & more!
