Ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath Sarasota, Florida rental condo in convenient community close to shopping & transportation. Two month minimum rental period. Fully furnished with many recent upgrades. Living room/dining room combination, kitchen, master bedroom & bath, guest bedroom & hall bath, comfortable screened-in porch. New living room and porch furniture. Two community heated pools, exercise room, lounge, shuffle board, & two tennis courts. Public golf course across the street. 10 minute drive to Siesta Key Beach; a dozen different beaches within 25 minute drive. Nearby State and local parks, museums, aquarium, theatre, opera, restaurants, boutique shops, and shopping malls. Beautifully landscaped private community with picnic areas and three ponds; great for serious or casual walkers. Walk to grocery store, pharmacy, bank, DVD rental, and Starbucks. Directions: From Beneva and Bee Ridge Roads, go north on Beneva about 1/4 mile to Village Brooke entrance on right.
