Boat across the pond to gorgeous private sandy association ocean beach or relax on the spacious deck and look out over the pond, the dunes and the ocean. This home has an open floor plan perfect for a relaxed vacation. The master bedroom and great room (living room/dining room/kitchen) open onto an expansive deck through sliding glass doors. With lots of glass, this home is light and airy. A convenient location (an easy drive to Chilmark Community Center, the Chilmark Store, Alley's, etc.) and a truly spectacular setting. Enjoy magnificent sunrises on the beach!

One of the most beautiful spots on the planet (in my opinion)!!! Off South Road. Near Abel's Hill and Lucy Vincent Beach. 1.5 miles to the Chilmark Community Center. 3 miles to Alley's General Store and West Tisbury Town Hall. ~3 miles to the fishing village of Menemsha.

Close to Chilmark Community Center, Menemsha, etc. Boating on the pond is terrific. Great body-surfing and boogey-boarding on Lucy Vincent Beach. Volleyball court on the beach.
