This luxury 4-star-country house is quietly located has a beautiful, unhindered view and a private, natural pool. At night time you only can hear the murmur of a little creek and sometimes deers are grazing just in front of the house. But, if you like the night life bars, restaurants, shows and casino - the chic town of Velden is only a short drive (4 km) away. The two units include a terrace, a lawn, two open fireplaces, a sauna and a party room. The house can be used throughout the year.

Further Details: Perfect for Christmas and New year's Skiing approximately 30 minutes' drive away, Distance from the beach: 4 km. Extra conditions for long term tennents (over 4 weeks out of peak season). Weekly or dayly leaning service is available on request. Smoking is not permitted in bedrooms. Youthful people can only be hosted in companion with adults.

Culture and events: There is various entertaintment of culture and sports the whole year round in the near area. It starts with New Years Parties around the Woerthersee, than the foolish 'Carinthian Carneval'. In the springtime and autum guided walking tours are offered. In the evenings you can visit open air concerts at romantic 'Burgruine Finkenstein' or classic musik at 'Carinthian Summer', or see high level theater at the Friesacher Burghofspiele' or have an unforgettalble night at the beautyful 'Woertherseebuehne' in Klagenfurt or, or.....

For nature-lovers: Our house is in direct neighbourhood to a nature reserve, which was declared in 2006 from UNESCO to 'World heritage of mankind'. The property is not fenced in to keep the natural caracter of the landscape. In the dawn often some deer come grazing in front of the terrace.We would apreciate it very much, if you could watering our flowers, it`s only a little effort.

Ski: In about 25 min. you can reach the Gerlitzen-Alpe (20 km) in 1922 m sealevel. It is one of the best ski aereas in Austria. Also the 'Nassfeld' skiregion or Kranjska Gora in Slovenia is only a short distance away.

Golf: The next golf course (18 holes) is located in Dellach, about 6 km away. There is also a driving range in Schiefling itselfs. You also can hire a golf trainer there.

'Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Ihrem Haus und möchten uns auf diesem Wege nochmals bedanken. Nichts fehlte, alles war bestens. Ihr Haus hat mit Recht die Auszeichnung '4-Sterne' erhalten.' Familie Jürgen Wilhelm aus Erlensee. Wir haben die Zeit in Ihrem schönen Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Vor allem hat uns das Ambiente sehr gefallen. Es war eben nicht eines der üblichen Ferienhäuser mit abgezählten Tellern und Tassen, die wir auch schon erlebt haben, sondern ein sehr persönlich eingerichtetes Haus. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und wenn es wieder einmal nach Kärnten geht, werden wir zuerst an Ihr Haus denken. Tolle Domizil für erholsamen Urlaub

Ruhig gelegen, voll ausgestattet und unheimlich gemütlich präsentiert sich dieses schöne Ferienhaus. Sehr gut geeignet für Familien mit Kindern in jedem Alter. Leider sind die Busverbindungen nach Velden etwas dürftig, so dass man auf eine Motorisierung angewiesen ist. Mit dem Fahrrad ist es ein mühselig unterfangen, da es einige Anstiege gibt.
Für uns war es eine runde Sache, da auch unsere Joungster alle mit Elektrorollern (Mietmöglichkeit im Touristikbüro) ausgestattet waren. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Herzlichen Dank

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem Haus verbracht und es hat alles sehr gut gepasst.
Auch unserem Hund hat es in diesem Haus gut gefallen.

Das Haus war wirklich sehr schön, direkt am Waldrand gelegen, sehr ruhig. Die Terrasse war schön überdacht, so das man eigentlich immer draußen sitzen konnte.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, werden sicher wiederkommen.
