Great Location Up And Down The I4 Our villa is a 5 BEDROOM, 3 BATHROOM villa with a FAB GAMES ROOM. Situated in a cul-de-sac which is very quiet position and not overlooked. The villa consists of: 2 KING SIZE beds with en-suites, 1 QUEEN BEDROOM with separate bathroom, 2 TWIN BEDROOMS . ** ALL BEDROOMS HAVE CABLE TV'S **. LIVING ROOM : consist of a 4 seater and 3 seater sofa, large CABLE TV, dvd, hi-fi, ps2. * FREE BROADBAND WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS ** just bring your lap top * FREE SAFE 2nd LIVING ROOM: 3 seater sleeper sofa , 2 seater sofa, CABLE TV, dvd KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you need. Perfect end to a perfect holiday!

We spent 3 weeks in florida - 2 weeks north and our final week in this lovely 5 bedroomed villa. When we all walked into the villa it was in perfect condition and very clean. There were 11 of us in our group and we all fitted into the villa comfortably - the 2 separate living areas were great, one was for the kids and one for the adults! There is a games room that kept the children entertained, dvd's and board games. There are plenty of towels, kitchen equipment, beds very comfortable with extra blankets if needed, and the pool area is safe for children and lit at night-time.

In the local vicinity there is Target which sells basic groceries or a walmart, 10 minute drive away. There is also a 7-11 for the emergencies at the end of the main entrance to sunset ridge. On a number of occassions we saw police vehicles patrolling the areas which was nice to see.

The villa is approx. 10-15minute drive from the walt disney attractions and VERY easy to get to. Myself and all of my family would highly recommend hiring this villa - the owners were very prompt and helpful with any questions I had before we hired the villa and during the lead upto us going. I want to go back!!

Excellent property!!!

This property were the place where my family and me enjoyed the best vacation in years!! I´ve emphasize that everything was as described and the house was very clean as well maintained. The neighborhood surrounding the property is very quiet and safe place for the stay, and the access way from I-4 is very simple; the trip from Disney´s park takes no more than 20 mins.
The other point to remark is the fast-way communication with the owner; all our restlessness were answered very quickly.
I strongly recommend this property and her owner
