Choose our lovely apartment for luxurious accommodation, impeccable comfort, and convenience. This apartment, situated on the top floor of a charming, historic building in lovely Prospect Heights, Brooklyn, has just gotten a brand new, high-end renovation. Everything is high quality and new, from the eco-friendly bamboo flooring to the luxurious linens, bed, and pillows to the well-equipped kitchen (new, that is, except for the antique stove and Herman Miller shell chairs!). The neighborhood is lovely, lively, and safe--feeling like a cross between a village and downtown area. Conveniently located just a block from great cafes, restaurants, and hip bars, and three blocks from three different subway stations (zipping you into Manhattan in as few as 3 stops). Unlike most other rentals, no nightly minimum required.

Rarely do you arrive at your destination to find that it's even better than what you'd been promised, but that's what we discovered here. We spent a month in this apartment and it was a true vacation. Our hosts felt like family and we had everything at our fingertips that we could possible need (books, maps, toiletries, wireless internet, etc.). The kitchen--with a fantastic vintage stove--is perfect for making all manner of meals. And we were close to major subway lines, grocery stores, delicious restaurants, comfy bars and tree-lined parks. We felt safe and sound the entire visit. Wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else in NYC when we visit again.

We had such a great time at this apartment. It's a quiet and nice neighbourhood, close to the subway, with plenty of restaurants and bars. It's absolutely worth it. And the owner is very helpful, nice and respectful.

Perfect, comfortable, clean, convenient

We stayed here when we were visiting New York City, and it was perfect. The apartment really is just like described--very, very clean and comfortable, and really well appointed. The apartment is really nice. We especially loved the glass shower and the beautiful bamboo floors. The furniture is all really nice, the bed is very comfortable, and the kitchen is perfect. It is great to be able to make your own breakfast if you want, and to keep snacks and drinks and things handy. Much better than a hotel! We thought about renting at a bed and breakfast in Park Slope, but this was much better. We preferred the quiet and privacy, but at the same time the owner was very helpful. We'll definitely stay here again.
