Villa La Estancia is a 5 star luxury resort on Medano Beach in the Sea of Cortez and overlooks the breathtaking beauty of Lands End. The resort is a full ownership community with 24/7/365 front desk services and a Concierge ready and eager to make your dreams come true. Whether it’s a romantic get-away, a family outing, or just friends spending relaxing time together, Villa La Estancia is the place to be. Our fourth floor unit has over 2100 SF with a large terrace for the most fantastic ocean and pool views along with a table and chairs, and wet bar. The villa has two large bedrooms with a king size pillow top bed in the Master and two queens in the second bedroom. The Master has a jetted tub, dual sinks with a dressing table, and shower. Both bedrooms come with large closets, TV’s, and telephones. The living room has a (sleep) sofa, love seat, and entertainment center with TV, DVD, & VCR. If dining is your pleasure, there is a full kitchen and dining table for 6.

Jeff, just wanted to let you know we had a great time in Cabo. The villa was very roomy and everything was just as you advertised. We especially enjoyed the large terrace and the spa next door.

La Estancia has a wonderful location right on the beach and the service and all of the facilities were superior. Thanks for allowing us to rent your beautiful villa.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

We just came back from 3 great days in Cabo. The accomadations were outstanding. You were in town in 5 mins by cab. The beach was fantastic, great for swimming, snorkeling. It was a 5 min walk on the beach to the mango deck and the office. the nice part is that while at the resort you feel miles away from everything but in reality you are 5 mins from everyything!
