This 1 Bedroom, 3rd floor penthouse condo has nearly 1000 sq. ft., and is located across the street from the beautiful Bavaro beaches, and ideally situated within a 6-9 minute walk to beach restaurants, excursion companies, Beach/Bar Restaurants, a Casino, currency exchange, mini bars, a bakery, grocery stores, pharmacies, and nearly every kind of shopping imaginable. Santa Maria del Mar II is a favorite community because of its beautiful and serene tropical grounds, and 2 community pools. This condo is fully furnished & equipped with everything you’ll need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. It has plenty of storage, including a walk-in-closet and 1 full bathroom with a separate vanity area. Sleeps 2 - (4 with blow-up mattress). Located just 20 Minutes from the Punta Cana International Airport and tons of other attractions.

However, several internet cafe's are just a short 8-10 minute walk away. Or for tenants staying 1 month or more, a temporary satellite can be installed w/ monthly (1 mo. min.) contract for $140.00. Please ask in advance. Cable TV, w/ approx. 85 channels. 1/2 in English - 1/2 Spanish (a couple stations in Italian & Russian). All linens & kitchenware provided. Alex Mini Mart is just a 4 minute walk away & provides nearly all supplies needed. The El Dorado Plaza offers a nice grocery store, cash exchange, Bakery, a Restaurant, pet store & other misc. shops. Smoking permitted outside on the patio or Roof-top terrace Beach chairs are also provided on the Beach for free with 1 drink per person minimum at El Pulpo Cojo. Otherwise you can access the public beach between El Pulpo Cojo Restaurant and the new Vista Bar (very affordable).

TONS OF THINGS TO DO NEARBY: In addition to enjoying the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean and all the other attractions and amenities Punta Cana (Bavaro/ El Cortecito) has to offer, there is also an amazing shopping mall called the Palma Real Shopping center just a 5 minute drive away. This mall consists of a movie theater with the latest releases (2 in English, 1 in Spanish). This is the home to the Hard Rock Cafe' Punta Cana. This mall also has specialty wine shops, and numerous name brand shops, restaurants, and boutiques. This condo is just a short 15 Minute drive to several Marine Life attractions, Water Parks, more Casinos and Excursions, 9 Championship golf courses, and nightclubs. There's even a nightclub located inside a natural cave called (Imagine).
